Ingredients

  • Baguette: 1/2 loaf
  • Maitake mushrooms: 70g
  • Butter: 5g
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Pastrami beef: 25g
  • Baby leaves: a handful (for garnish)
  • Black olives: to taste
  • Grana Padano PDO, grated: 15g

Instructions

Finish with Grana Padano: Sprinkle the grated Grana Padano PDO over the top of the sandwich and garnish with black olives.
